OUR SERVICES
STORAGE AND CUSTODY OF MATERIAL
Stock is monitored by security cameras in all our stores. Customs enclosure for parts owned by Ford of Spain. Labeling for track-ability of each pallet in the warehouse and availability of receipts and shipments made 24 hours a day
REVIEW AND CHECK OF DEFECTIVE MATERIAL
Classification of pieces received at risk of being NOK for production due to packaging damage or a warning from the manufacturer. Segregation and movement of such material to the rejections area for later rework if it is possible to recover the stock received. Immediate reaction to these kinds of problems to facilitate rapid management by the parts manufacturer
DISTRIBUTION OF MATERIAL WITH OUR OWN FLEET
Sequencing in real time with the production line, providing the correct quantities at the right time, not before or after, have developed our own proprietary system for the synchronization of parts shipment in sequence, currently handling more than 3,500 references in different centers, all parts are shipped to the plant in our vans, we have a fleet of more than 15
TRANSFER OF PARTS
We make changes in packaging (more durable packaging) for further protection of the pieces. This produces a saving in space and provides safer handling of the material
INVENTORY CONTROL
The pieces are identified upon receipt to know their status at all times, their location in the warehouse and their position in the area sequenced. We use the FIFO storage system and control of maximums and minimums to create alerts that avoid affecting the final production line

Designed for maximum protection of sequenced automotive parts and sent to the plant on a short drive from the industrial park to the point of use by the manufacturing chain. We continuously search for materials that are light, new and safe
